What happens at the first appointment?
We start with a conversation. No treatment before we understand what you want and what's actually right for you. You get an honest assessment, a clear plan, and a price - before anything happens. No pressure, no obligations.
I'm nervous about the dentist. Is that OK?
Completely normal - and something we're used to. We explain everything before we do it, take breaks when you need them, and never push. Many of our patients had dental anxiety the first time they came. They still come back.
How do I know which treatment is right for me?
Start with a consultation. We'll listen to what you want, examine what's actually needed, and give you a clear recommendation - no jargon, no pressure. You decide if and when to proceed.
Will I be pressured into treatments I don't need?
No. We only recommend what we genuinely believe is right for you. Sometimes that means less than you expect - and that's perfectly fine. We build trust over time, not over one invoice.
Do you offer payment plans or Helfo reimbursement?
We accept all major cards and Vipps. Several dental treatments qualify for Helfo reimbursement - we help you file the claim. We can also arrange payment plans for larger treatments so you can spread the cost.
What if something doesn't go as expected?
We follow up after every treatment - always. If something comes up, we take responsibility. All treatments are performed by qualified specialists with documented experience, and we have clear protocols for follow-up and adjustments.
