Cancellation policy

Cancellation deadline

All appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or failure to attend, will incur a fee.

Late cancellation fees

The following fees apply:

• Late cancellation (under 24 hours): 50% of the treatment price, minimum NOK 500
• No-show: 100% of the treatment price

This fee applies because we reserve time and resources for your treatment. Late cancellations make it difficult for other patients to book the slot.

No-show

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without giving notice, this is considered a no-show. You will be charged the full treatment cost.

• In cases of repeated no-shows, we reserve the right to require prepayment for future appointments
• Three no-shows within a 12-month period may result in us being unable to offer you further appointments

• Online: Through the booking system if you booked online

We recommend calling for the quickest cancellation, especially if your appointment is approaching soon.

Exceptions

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. The following situations may qualify for an exception to the fee policy:

• Acute illness (medical certificate may be required)
• Acute family emergencies
• Extreme weather or road closures preventing attendance

Exceptions are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend.

Late arrival

If you are late for your appointment, we will do our best to carry out the treatment. Please note that:

• Treatment time may be shortened
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be cancelled, and a late cancellation fee may apply
• Please call to let us know if you will be late
