About Dental & Dermal

Dental & Dermal AS is a clinic in central Oslo offering dental and dermal treatments. The clinic is run by Chenxiao Li and is located at Fridtjof Nansens Plass 9, 2nd floor, 0160 Oslo.

Services

We offer the following main categories of treatments:

• Dental: General dentistry, teeth whitening, composite veneers, orthodontics (Invisalign), crowns and bridges, implants, root canal treatment, gum treatment, and bite splints
• Dermal: Filler treatments, Botox, skin-improving treatments, lip and facial contouring, mesotherapy, PRP treatment, jawline contouring, and non-surgical rhinoplasty

All treatments are performed by qualified health professionals. Results may vary from person to person, and we always provide an individual assessment before treatment.

Booking

Appointments can be booked through our online booking system, by phone (+47 939 66 888), or by email (kontakt@dentaldermal.no). By booking, you agree to these terms.

• You are responsible for providing accurate contact information when booking
• A confirmation will be sent to the email address or phone number provided
• We reserve the right to decline bookings where there is a medical basis for doing so

Consultation and consent

Before any treatment, we conduct a thorough consultation. You will receive information about:

• The nature and scope of the treatment
• Expected results and limitations
• Possible risks and side effects
• Alternative treatment methods
• Costs and payment terms

Written consent is obtained before treatments that require it under health legislation.

Prices and payment

Prices for our treatments are listed on our website and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices.

• Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed
• We accept card, Vipps, and bank transfer
• For larger treatments, instalment plans can be arranged individually

Liability

Dental & Dermal AS is responsible for ensuring that treatments are performed in accordance with applicable laws and professional standards.

• We are not liable for results that differ from expectations when the treatment has been performed correctly
• We are not liable for complications arising from the patient's failure to follow aftercare instructions
• Complaints about treatments must be submitted within a reasonable time
• Our liability is limited to the value of the treatment in question

Intellectual property

All content on the dentaldermal.no website, including text, images, logos, design, and software, is the property of Dental & Dermal AS or is used with permission. The content is protected by Norwegian copyright law and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.

Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be settled by Oslo District Court as the legal venue.

For consumer disputes, you may also contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority or the Consumer Disputes Commission.

Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms. Changes take effect upon publication on the website. Significant changes will be communicated to registered patients.
