About the treatment

The treatment works by infusing the skin with a BB cream-like pigment combined with nourishing ingredients such as hyaluronic acid, peptides and vitamins. As the microneedles create tiny channels in the skin, the tinted serum is absorbed into the epidermis, creating a subtle, natural-looking coverage that evens out skin tone and masks minor blemishes.

BB Glow is not a tattoo and does not permanently alter the skin. The tinted effect fades gradually over several weeks, which means the result always looks natural and can be adjusted over time. Multiple sessions build a more pronounced and longer-lasting effect.

Is BB Glow the same as a tattoo?

No. BB Glow infuses a semi-permanent tinted serum into the very upper layers of the skin. Unlike a tattoo, the pigment fades naturally over time and does not penetrate the deeper dermal layers.

Can I still wear makeup after BB Glow?

Yes, though many patients find they need less or no foundation after treatment. You should wait at least 24 hours before applying makeup after each session.

Is the treatment suitable for all skin types?

BB Glow is suitable for most skin types. However, it is not recommended for those with active acne, eczema, rosacea flare-ups or very sensitive skin. We assess suitability during your consultation.

Will the shade look natural on my skin?
