Mesogold is a premium mesotherapy treatment that uses gold-plated microneedles to deliver active ingredients - including NCTF and M-HA complexes - directly into the skin's deeper layers for enhanced radiance, hydration and fine line reduction.
Mesogold combines the precision of microneedling with the targeted delivery of mesotherapy. The device uses gold-plated microneedles to create micro-channels in the skin while simultaneously infusing it with a cocktail of active ingredients. The gold plating minimises irritation and ensures a smoother, more comfortable treatment experience.
The active serums used in Mesogold treatments include NCTF® 135HA - a polyrevitalising complex containing over 50 active ingredients including hyaluronic acid, vitamins, amino acids, minerals and coenzymes - and M-HA® Hydration, a pure cross-linked hyaluronic acid that provides deep, lasting moisture at the dermal level.
By delivering these ingredients directly into the skin rather than relying on topical absorption, Mesogold achieves results that surface-level products simply cannot match. The treatment stimulates collagen production, improves skin elasticity and restores the natural luminosity that diminishes with age and environmental exposure.

Skin assessment

Cleansing and preparation
The treatment area is thoroughly cleansed. A numbing cream may be applied for sensitive areas.

Mesogold treatment
The gold-plated microneedle device is applied systematically across the treatment area, delivering the active serum directly into the dermis.

Post-treatment care
A soothing serum or mask is applied. We provide aftercare instructions and discuss your treatment schedule.

An immediate glow and improved hydration are visible after the first session. Progressive improvement in texture and firmness develops over 2–4 weeks as collagen production increases.
A course of 3–4 treatments spaced 2–4 weeks apart is recommended for optimal results, followed by maintenance sessions every 2–3 months.

What is the difference between Mesogold and standard microneedling?
While both create micro-channels in the skin, Mesogold simultaneously delivers active serums deep into the dermis through its gold-plated needles. This dual-action approach provides both mechanical stimulation and intensive ingredient delivery in a single treatment.
What are NCTF and M-HA?
NCTF® 135HA is a polyrevitalising complex with over 50 active ingredients designed to rejuvenate and nourish the skin. M-HA® is a cross-linked hyaluronic acid that provides deep, lasting hydration. Both are medical-grade products from FILLMED.
Does the treatment hurt?
The gold-plated microneedles are designed for minimal discomfort. Most patients describe a mild prickling sensation. A numbing cream can be applied for more sensitive areas.
How soon will I see results?
